How do I know if I qualify medically for a personal psilocybin session?
Oregon psilocybin services is NOT a medical or mental health treatment. Therefore, there is a different process for qualification. After you register you will receive an email to fill out a pre-screening form. Most participants will qualify based on Oregon rules. However, you will be contacted in the event that you do not qualify and you will receive a full refund unless you want to participate in the practicum without dosing involved.
How long is the retreat?
The practicum is 40 hours over the span of four days. This is a deep immersion retreat that we are excited to be able to host.
Is there a hotel nearby I can stay at?
Yes. We are working to get room discounts at the Home2 Suites that is less than a five-minute walk to the center.
Are meals included?
Heavy snacks are only included on the two dosing days for lunches. Snacks will be available during all four days. You will have time on non-dosing days to leave the premises to get lunch nearby.
Is the psilocybin included in the tuition fee?
No. According to the Oregon rule set, we are required to sell you the psilocybin for your session separately, on-site. The cost will be determined by the manufacturer. Depending on your dose size, we estimate that the cost will be between $46 – $90 with taxes included. IPI will not make a profit on the sale of psilocybin.
How many personal dosing sessions will I receive?
You will receive one personal dosing session and act as a student facilitator in the second session.
I have a medical condition I’m concerned about. Should I register?
In the event of identifying medical care for medical conditions in the pre-screening form, you will be contacted and encouraged to speak with your primary care doctor to see if it’s a good fit for you.
