Creating an Inspired Integrative Psychiatric Practice
Course Description
Practicing medicine should be inspiring, a career full of opportunities for growth and learning. Many physicians struggle to maintain the spark of excitement about going to work, or even worse, burn out. In this course, you will get a fresh and renewed perspective on practicing medicine so you can feel inspired to go to work each day.
Learn an empowering inquiry process that will help you get in touch with what matters most to you, and how your practice of medicine can create a deep sense of satisfaction and joy. For some, it’s pioneering new approaches and getting better results for your patients. For others, it’s the spiritual journey of the healer or how to find deep meaning in the camaraderie of a group practice setting.
Too many medical providers face stress, overwhelm and burnout. Providers do not typically get the support they need to properly take care of themselves. If you’re currently questioning your career path and watching the clock at your job, this course is for you.
Learning Objectives
- Understanding the necessity of pioneers to move forward and never stop asking new questions
- Understanding that self-care is essential to sustain a growing rate of inspiration
- Understanding the fundamentals of values, and how the implementation of values is unique to each individual
